How do I increase my chances of getting a home?

A complete profile is more attractive to property owners. You complete your profile by, among other things, uploading relevant documents such as employment contracts, payslips, or certificates from the unemployment fund/Försäkringskassan.

Can I get a notification when apartments that suit me are advertised?

Yes. You can create a search profile and specify city, rent, size, and number of rooms, and you will then receive a notification when a matching apartment appears. You do not need an account to create a search profile. You can also be contacted directly by landlords at property companies whose apartments match your profile.
